Rheem - Heat pump compressor

Had compressor on heat pump changed out under the 5 year warr costing me almost $500 labor and parts now 2 years later the warr comp that was just changed is out again. Now Rheem is telling my Ac man that it’s not under warr. I was told when I purchased unit it had 10 year warr. Please call me homeowner at 9048662010 or contractor Buddy Hanks at 904 8873794
