A/C unit only 4 years old.Coils replaced and 4 freon leaks due to poor workmanship.

The pipes are kinked and not welded correctly. Warranty covered coils but not labor. Warranty doesn't cover the leaks. Cost me nearly $2,000.

What a piece of crap. Rheem should be more concerned with their quality. Lawyers are getting a class action lawsuit started. The unit was in house when purchased, I would have never bought a Rheem.

So many unsatisfactory reviews, and they don't seem to care.

I will replace the unit with a Trane, a reliable company and product.I hope the class action suit will help recoup all the money spent on this trash unit.

Review about: Rheem Air Conditioner.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $2000.

Preferred solution: Replace unit.
